Ground floor apartment but 15 steps down from the parking place, and 100 steps down to the sea.

You can either rent a car (parking place) or use public transportation. Bus stop is five minutes away.

To be paid on site in CASH: 50 Euros final cleaning charge, 50 Euro/week for air conditioning and heat.(if used) 150 Euros Security Deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival, refunded when the apartment is left in its original condition.
