The cave bedroom with the king size bed and ensuite dressing area is located to the rear of the house. Sleeping for three persons maximum, but recommended for two.
Modern tiled bathroom with shower.
Kitchenette with small refrigerator and bar counter. Not a kitchen for people who intend to cook many meals.
Laundry service available for extra cost.
All one one level, but because of the steep terrain, steps are necessary to arrive here.
The vacation rental is accessed off of the main road and down some manageable stairs. Due to the location of the property [on the edge of the cliff], architecture style [low perimeter walls], and clientelle, we do not accept children as guests under the age of 13.
While not necessary to have a car (there is public transportation), having one while staying at this vacation rental would facilitate travel around the island.
Although each unit is a separate, full accomodation,the villas are a group of ten vacation apartments, there is a sense that you are in a hotel. No children under 13 due to the steep nature of the exteriors. Modest kitchen, for simple meals.
The private hot tub with its deck and the exterior use futon offer endless hours of relaxation on the most secluded of all of the verandahs in this wonderful complex.
Additional tourist taxes (rarely to exceed 1 Euro per person, per day) which must, by law, be levied at the time of arrival, may apply.
Housekeeping services & laundry service are offered daily. Reception is open from 8:00 a.m to 22:00 and staff can be reached during the night for emergencies.The swimming pool is at the lowest level in the complex for all guests enjoyment. A large parking area is 60 meters away.
