Normal electricty is included (8 kWh per day). Heating and telephone charges are paid on site and based on usage. Additional tourist taxes (rarely to exceed 1 Euro per person, per day) may apply and will be paid onsite. 300 Euros payable on arrival and refundable after departure and inspection.
