Sleeping for 4. One set of twins (each 90 cm wide) and one bed for two (150 cm x 200cm slightly smaller than a queen).
Showers with the WC in the same room.
Microwave ovens and electric stoves in all kitchens plus barbeque outside.
Shared laundry area among the three apartments: washing machine, drying area, iron.
Apartment is all on one level but there are some small steps to climb on the outside as one moves up the grounds that are on a slight slope.
Excellent access even for those with some walking limitations, although not wheelchair accessible.
You will need to rent a car in this location.
The local village is plain, not particularly charming, but 10 minutes away is Beaulieu-Sur-Dordogne – a lovely town. Proximity to the mill pond makes it inappropriate for small toddlers without strict supervision.
Beautiful quiet setting, pretty furnishings and extra small touches. Warm, helpful British owners who live on site. Friendly little dogs on premises (a plus or minus depending on your fondness for dogs!) 6 Meter unheated Swimming pool and covered terrace for eating outside.

A quiet setting, comfortable, modern furnishings in a beautifully restored water mill, excellent hosts and a gorgeous town down the road are the highlights of this accommodation. Both The Miller's House, and The Granary, the two apartments that are side-by-side are ideally suited for four persons, but The Miller's House is built in the older part of the building (although the furnishings and appliances are thoroughly modern) and it is the slightly more sunny of the two apartments. The apartment, newly built onto an older building, is warm and modern, perfectly setting off the rustic and serene outdoor setting. A considerable degree of luxury has been built into this accommodation without taking away the homey feel. Chris Jubb has taken a lot of care with her decoration and added many nice touches throughout her home and accommodations (heated towel racks, grocery staples, shower accessories, aprons). Chris lives next door and is happy to lend her guests her oven, or her Internet.

There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which adjoin the shared living area with kitchen facilities (including dishwasher) situated on one side of the common living/dining area. Perfect for two couples or a family, the apartment is roomy enough to co-exist in rainy weather. Add the covered porch, garden furniture and extensive grounds you will have at your disposal in the warmer months and you will never want to leave! A modern enclosed shower adds to the practical appeal. Games, books, petanque and badminton as well as some basic food staples add to the feeling of having a "home away from home." The Jubbs are truly interested in their guests and enjoy recommending interesting places and trips.
