A double and single bed in the bedroom and a fold-out futon in the living room.
Adequate bathroom with shower and WC.
Very nice little kitchenette area, well-equipped for making most meals, with a stove, dishwasher and microwave/grill. No full oven.
Washing machine in the bathroom for your private use.
Ground floor, but level from car, in theory accessible by wheelchair, if using the fold-out futon on the ground floor for sleeping. In reality, the steep hill and curving staircase might make it complicated for a completely wheelchair bound person.
Although the apartment is on the ground floor, the steep hill on which it is located and the slightly narrow and curving staircase to the bedroom makes it less ideal for people with real mobility limitations. Access is fine for anyone without particular limitations.
You would need a car to reach this accommodation and you would want one for exploring the sights of the region.
Your hostess lives next door so, as close neighbors, you can sometimes hear one another. There is a steep drop-off of ten feet or so at the edge of the yard which makes it a hazard for small children. Bathroom is small but centrally heated.
The view from the garden is wonderful as is the warm welcome from your hostess.
Central heating for an additional fee (only from Nov-Mar). Additional tourist taxes (rarely to exceed 1 Euro per person, per day) which may apply. Linens available at 24 euros per week
