Apartment is on ground floor, but there are about 30 steps up to the house. One bedroom is up one flight of steps.

It would be helpful to have a car at this property. There is public transportation which guests can use should they not feel comfortable with the winding coastal roads or not want to bother with the traffic or crowded parking that arise during the high season.

Final cleaning costs are mandatory and are paid on site at rate of 50 Euros. Heating or air conditioning additional for 50 Euro/week as used. Maid service 15 Euros/hour upon request. Late arrival charge (after 8:00 pm) of 25 Euros. 150 Euros security deposit. Additional tourist taxes (rarely to exceed 1 Euro per person, per day) which must, by law, be levied at the time of arrival, may apply.
The owner has an agreement with a local restaurant for a special price for dinner or lunch. Excursions to Pompeii or Herculaneum can be arranged with the owner at certain times of the year. The owner can arrange for transfers from the airport.
