Every year we hear from many people who have to cancel their vacation due to completely unforeseen circumstances. Although we try to keep the cancellation fees as low as possible, the fact is that we incur significant costs that we have to pass on to our clients. If you are forced to interrupt your trip after it has begun, the total fees will usually exceed your total trip cost.
For this reason, The RIGHT Vacation Rental (with its parent company, Untours) and Travel Insured have created a customized policy that covers cancellation costs as well as some other unforeseeable expenses.
If you want to take full advantage of this special customized package, it is very important that you purchase the insurance within fourteen days of the first time you pay for any part of your trip, be in your The RIGHT Vacation Rental deposit, your airfare, etc., and that you insure all parts of the trip, not just your rental with The RIGHT Vacation Rental. This will ensure that the policy covers you for cancellations arising from a pre-existing illness that you or a relative may have (even if that family member is not traveling with you).
You can choose the amount of coverage that suits your trip. Our plan is essentially a tier system:

- You can choose to cover just the cost of your rental with us, or include all of your costs (airfare, car rental, other ground arrangements, etc.) that you have purchased from a range of merchants. If you wish to be covered for pre-existing conditions, you MUST purchase insurance for all parts of your trip.
- Choose your pricing tier based on the entire cost of the portions of the trip you wish to insure. In other words, what level of coverage do you want to opt for? For example, if you choose the $5001 - $6000/person tier, you are covered for losses up to that amount (and subject to the benefit limitations detailed in the policy.) and pay a cost of $389.00/person
