At the Travel Insured Website you can either use the Quick Quote tab to get a instant estimate of your insurance costs or you can click the Buy Now tab move forward to purchase insurance.



After clicking Buy Now you'll need to supply information about your trip. Keep in mind that each "family" needs to secure their own insurance. If you're traveling with someone not related to you, they should purchase insurance separately. Here are some tips for filling out your insurance form:

Section 1: Policy Detail
Section one contains information about your trip. Enter your departure date, your return date, and the date you paid your deposit to The RIGHT Vacation Rental. (Note: in order for your party to be insured for pre-existing conditions, you must purchase insurance within 14 days of the first payment for any part of your trip, whether it is your The RIGHT Vacation Rental deposit, your airfare, etc. and you must insure your entire trip, not just the portion purchased from The Right Vacation Rental.)



Section 2: Trip Travel Plans
Here you will enter the location of your vacation rental, and the suppliers/vendors of the parts of your trip that you are insuring. Remember, if you wish you can insure all parts of your trip, not just your vacation rental. Enter The RIGHT Vacation Rental in the Tour Operator box.

If you choose to insure other parts of your vacation, enter the supplier of each (for example Car Rental: Avis; Air Carriers: U.S. Air, Air France) in the appropriate box. For airfare, enter each air carrier your party will be using on this trip. If members of your party are using different carriers (for example, a child joining your trip from college), enter all carriers.



Section 3: Traveler(s)
In section three, enter the personal data and cost data for the members of your trip. Trip Cost Per Traveler is explained a bit further down.

In the Primary Traveler area, enter the main contact person for the trip, for example, the person who reserved your vacation rental.

For the Primary Traveler only, in addition to their portion of the trip cost trip cost, their name and their birth date, you will need to enter telephone, email address, and mailing address information. Note: It's very important you supply a valid email address; this is where your confirmation and explanation of benefits will be sent. You may optionally enter beneficiary names for death benefits for each traveler.



For each additional person on your trip, use the Add travelers button at the bottom of section 3.



For each additional traveler, you need only enter their portion of the trip cost, their name, and their date of birth.



Calculating "Trip Cost Per Traveler"
The Trip Cost Per Traveler must be entered for each insured member of your party. This should be the trip cost for that traveler, which may be different for each member of your party. For example, if:

Sections 4, 5 and 6
No changes need to be made to sections 4, 5 and 6. You can simply scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Continue, where you'll be presented with the total cost of coverage for your trip and a request for your credit card information.
